Now that there’s an abundance of kale in my garden, I have to start getting creative with it. These can be a good substitute for potato chips. There are those who say there is no comparison but then again I never eat potato chips. Watch the salt if you don’t like your food too salty.
- Olive oil
Stem kale and cut in pieces. Toss with oil and salt. Bake at 275 degrees F for 25 minutes turning half way.
