I like this recipe because the potatoes get crispy on the outside and soft on the inside without being greasy. Die hard French fry fans would say there is no comparison but I prefer this recipe to fries.
3 large baking potatoes, sliced ¼ “ thick
125 ml (½ cup) grated Parmesan cheese
½ ml (1/8 tsp) paprika
45 ml (3 tbsp) butter, melted
Place sliced potatoes on lightly greased baking sheet. Combine Parmesan cheese and paprika. Brush potato slices with butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese mixture. Bake at 375 degrees F for 25 to 30 minutes.
