Fresh vegetables will soon be available at your local farmer's market so here's a recipe to use as a dip or a salad dressing.
- 125 ml (1/2 c) mayonaise
- 125 ml (1/2 c) diced english cucumber
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) vinegar
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) chopped fresh dill or 5 ml (1 tsp) dried dillweed
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 ml ( 1/4 tsp) salt
Combine all ingredients in blender and whirl until smooth. Store in jar in refrigerator.
